Our Story
Elementary started from an unlikely friendship between three very different people. Allan, Colter and Chris met while working a Two Hands here in Austin. Colleagues became friends became business partners. The trio started doing pop-ups and private catering around town on their days off. That continued for about 2 years until they stumbled on 2026 S. Lamar. It was a dark pizza shop with a LOT of potential. They began doing renovations themselves to bring the elementary vision to life. They opened the doors to Elementary July 2023 and haven't looked back!
